My name is Catherine Lewis, I have been practicing meditation and mindfulness for over twenty years.

 I am really passionate about sharing the benefits of mindfulness and helping people to live more fully in the present. The more we can actively live in the present as oppose to dwelling on the past and worrying about the future the more fulfilling our lives can be.

A six week course  that will help support your well being through self- awareness, creativity, and mindfulness. 


You will learn how your thoughts affect your actions and how meditation can help the mind to settle.
